What’s more, everything’s included, from internet to utilities and cleaning.
Simple terms that won’t restrict your growth
With terms from one month to three years, and an ability to move in without the time or expense of involving solicitors, our licence agreements offer customers speed and scalability. If you need to flex up or down in size through the course of the agreement, we will always work to find you a space that befits your business, for that moment in time.
Focus on your business while we do the rest
You’re in control. Our monthly Licence Fee includes all the essentials – rent, utilities, buildings insurance, maintenance, cleaning, office furniture and access to the shared internet. Bespoke internet, IT support, phones, storage or other virtual services can be added or removed with a month’s notice.
Meeting rooms, break out and communal facilities
All buildings are accessible 24/7 and have shared kitchens with tea and coffee making facilities. Some locations have showers and bike parking. Meeting rooms are available at no additional charge, and range in size from 1-person call ‘booths’ up to 16-person boardrooms.
We’ll help you get down to business
Office moves require an operational plan, risk teething issues, and lost productivity. Not if we can help it… Our offices come stocked with essential office furniture – desks and executive chairs – with secure, super-fast internet and access control systems in place.
